Yes, we ship worldwide.
You can return or exchange items at either of our stores. Customers are responsible for returning the item to the Float Store. Items must be unworn and unwashed. You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or another item of equal value or opt for store credit. If you are not in Cape Town, you must courier the items back to our Float Apparel HQ and we will process the return once we receive the items.
Shipping Costs are based on your location. Everything will be calculated for you before Checkout. Customers within South Africa receive free shipping on order greater than R1000.
If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible based on the current processing stage of your oder.
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Yes, to ensure longevity, make sure to only cold wash your garments and follow the care instructions provided on the product.
Unfortunately, we do not offer personalization of our items. However, we can include a personalized message with the delivery.
If you are interested in an out-of-stock product, feel free to leave us a message, and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
All of our garments are designed and made from start to finish in South Africa - supporting and empowering our local community is extremely important to us.
